About
The International Republican Institute (IRI) is a US non-profit organisation founded in 1983. It supports democracy, helps political parties become more responsive to voters and encourages citizen participation in more than 100 countries.
Our cooperation
The Institute’s very first event, in April 2023, was a seminar with IRI in Stockholm. Since then we have run training for party members and young politicians and regional forums such as Energizing Independence: Creating a Safe, Reliable, and Sustainable Regional Energy System (Vilnius, 2023) and Europe’s Boundaries: Enlargement in an Era of War and Alliances (Tallinn, 2024). The insights from these forums were summarised in policy papers.
