About
The Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies is the official think tank of the European People’s Party (EPP) and a European political foundation based in Brussels. It brings together centre right think tanks and political foundations from across Europe and carries out research and debate on European policy.
Our cooperation
We have cooperated since 2024, and in December 2024 the Institute became an official member of the Centre. Together we hold international conferences and round tables in Vilnius: Crisis of European Identity? (2024), Never Again: Preventing the Rise of Radicalism, Antisemitism, and Hate in Europe (2025), Demography and the Future of Europe (2026), the education policy forum (2026), as well as discussions on Ukraine’s reconstruction, migration, green policy and transatlantic relations. Many of them led to policy papers.
